Construction of the phase 2 Office buildings of Magdelēnas Kvartāls has been commenced

As part of the project's continuation, construction work has commenced on two modern office buildings—Antonijas 17and Antonijas 21—enhancing the quarter with contemporary indoor business environments and expanding the well-designed public spaces in the heart of Riga.

The second phase of the Magdelēnas Kvartāls includes a project for two office buildings:

Antonijas 17 will feature 3,900 m² of office space across six floors and 210 m² of commercial space on the ground floor.

Antonijas 21 will provide 5,570 m² of office space on the 2nd through 6th floors, along with 550 m² of commercial space and a 460 m² grocery store on the ground floor.

The functional layouts of the office floors will offer tenants the flexibility to choose spaces and plans tailored to their specific needs and business requirements. The ground floors of the buildings will be dedicated to commercial spaces, restaurants, and a grocery store.

Since January, work has been underway on the construction of pile foundations, which will continue through the summer. Installation of utility connections has also begun and will proceed into spring. During the summer, the assembly of the reinforced concrete framework is scheduled to start.
