First topping-out ceremony at Magdelēnas kvartāls

The first topping-out ceremony was held at the Magdelēnas kvartāls building site on 3rd March to celebrate the achievement of the highest point of the buildings and the completion of major construction work in the first residential buildings. They have now taken on a completed appearance.

During the ceremony, Vastint Latvia thanked all who were involved in the construction process for the excellent work that was done. They left greetings for future residents of the building on a window frame. The plan is to complete work on the first Magdelēnas kvartāls residential buildings by the end of this year. They will feature 116 apartments, several commercial premises, and an impressive green garden between the buildings.

All in all, the Magdelēnas kvartāls project will have buildings with more than 300 apartments, 15,000 m2 of office space and 3,000 m2 of commercial premises. The quarter is to be an open and harmonic location for life, work and leisure. A place for a fulfilled life.

Usage of the information (purposes of the data processing)

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us for the following purposes:

  • the right not to be a subject of decisions taken exclusively on the basis of a data processing performed by automatic means and which triggers legal consequences in what concerns you.

Duration of the storage

We will store the data for the time necessary for the purposes listed under “Usage of your information (purposes of the data processing)”, but no longer than 5 years. After the data is no longer needed for such purposes, it will be destroyed.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. The date our Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy, before these changes are effective we will request you to renew your consent to our Privacy Policy.
