Magdelēnas kvartāls offers a brand-new functional demo apartment

A new two-room, fully furnished and ready-to-live-in demo apartment has been designed in Magdelēnas kvartāls.

Basing the demo apartment on Scandinavian design, the SIA Buro Agency and designer Mārcis Šakausks have reached a practical and aesthetically consistent interior solution to fit a contemporary city dweller’s lifestyle. Thanks to the well-considered layouts, every zone necessary for a comfortable and comprehensive way of living fit into a two-room apartment of 49.9 square metres. The rooms gain in spaciousness due to the 2.95 metre high ceiling, while the large windows installed on both facades of the building fill the rooms with natural light all day long.

 

The two-room apartment has a spacious kitchen zone with a dining table for four. The kitchen is equipped with modern technical solutions — including a hood fan with a coal filter (that does not need to be attached to the suction output), as well as integrated sockets in the table top.  A king-size bed and a spacious free-standing three-door wardrobe fit comfortably in the bedroom. Joined with the kitchen, the living room has a relaxation zone with a sofa, TV console and coffee table, as well as book shelves. The hall has a built-in wardrobe with sliding doors and a mirror which is great for storing outerwear and shoes, as well as clearing household clutter out of sight. A large balcony has a set of outdoor cane furniture, perfect for a quiet rest after a stressful day. This fully equipped apartment has everything needed to start living in your new home.

Duration of the storage

We will store the data for the time necessary for the purposes listed under “Usage of your information (purposes of the data processing)”, but no longer than 5 years. After the data is no longer needed for such purposes, it will be destroyed.
