Modern office buildings to be built in Magdelēnas kvartāls

The developer of Magdelēnas kvartāls, Vastint Latvia, has announced an architectural design competition for the first two office buildings to be built in the quarter. Located in the “quiet centre” of Riga, the buildings will provide 8600 m2 of modern office space and 1400 m2 of commercial space on the buildings’ ground floors.

Construction on the first two residential buildings in Magdelēnas kvartāls has already begun, and will feature 116 superb apartments, several retail spaces, unique-in-the-market “Live-Work” spaces, and an impressive green garden between the buildings and atop the underground garage. Also underway are preparations for the next residential building with 91 studio apartments.

In total, the quarter will have 300 residential apartments, 15000 m2 of office space, and 3000 m2 of commercial space and creative workshops. Magdelēnas kvartāls will be an open and harmonic place for living, working and recreation. A place for a fulfilled life!

Duration of the storage
